The villa has four bedrooms in a detached 180 m² house, with five bathrooms and a living room. It can accommodate up to ten people. The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living spaces where the group can gather. Air conditioning, bed linen and towels complete the amenities.

The sleeping arrangements comprise two large double beds, two double beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine and kettle. The terrace offers sea views, while other windows look out over the garden, swimming pool, town or mountains. A spa bath, fireplace and private entrance also set this villa apart from a traditional hotel room.

Families come for swimming and water sports; the seafront and walks also appeal to travellers who prefer to explore the coast on foot. The Mediterranean climate makes outdoor stays particularly pleasant in spring and the shoulder season, while the coast attracts more visitors in summer.

The Parc Botanique des Myrtes, 720 m away, offers a walk among Mediterranean plants. The town-centre beach is 1.3 km away; other beaches line the shore. The port of Sainte-Maxime, 1.6 km away, connects to Saint-Tropez by sea. In the centre, the church of Sainte-Maxime and the covered market offer a glimpse of local life. For a cultural outing, the Musée de l'Annonciade is in Saint-Tropez, across the gulf. Golfers can reach the courses at Sainte-Maxime and Beauvallon.

A car makes it easier to visit the villages around the gulf and more distant beaches, although the centre and port can also be explored on foot. Summer days are suited to an early swim, followed by a walk around the port or a boat trip. In spring and September, temperatures are often still suitable for walks and visits, with fewer visitors than in July and August. The covered market is a chance to discover local produce and customs, while the beaches offer different settings for swimming or walking along the coast.
