The three accommodation options are designed for two people and have private bathrooms. Two 23 m² Double Rooms overlook the garden; they are air-conditioned and soundproofed, and have a flat-screen TV and a coffee machine. One has a terrace, while the other has a simpler layout, with no terrace among its facilities. The studio is slightly more compact at 22 m², and offers pool views, a kitchen and a terrace.

Each room has a coffee machine and a bathroom with a shower or bathtub. Towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided. The studio additionally includes a fridge, a microwave and kitchenware. All three accommodation options have double beds.

The garden, outdoor furniture and furnished terraces provide several spots to get some fresh air or sit outside. The outdoor dining area adds to these facilities, while bicycle hire and walking routes let you explore the surrounding area. Leisure activities also include aerobics, concerts and shows, squash, horse riding, scuba diving and bowling. Hiking opportunities and a golf course are also among the activities available.

The neighbourhood suits travellers who want to visit Aix while staying outside its lively centre. Local roads connect the houses and estates of the Aix area with the town's old streets and shaded squares.

The Atelier Cézanne, located in the painter's former studio, offers a look at his workplace and personal belongings; it is 4 km away. The Terrain des Peintres recalls the landscapes that inspired Cézanne. In central Aix, the Saint-Sauveur cloister and cathedral showcase several periods of architecture, while the Musée Granet displays art collections. Aix-en-Provence railway station is 5 km away and Marseille-Provence Airport is 21 km away. A car makes it easier to travel between Puyricard, the town centre and sites scattered across the countryside.
