The accommodation comprises a studio, two one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom duplexes. All have a kitchen, a private bathroom, air conditioning and a city view. Sizes range from 25 to 75 m². The layouts suit solo travellers as well as families or small groups, with a double bed and, depending on the accommodation, single beds or a sofa bed.

The differences lie in the layout and outdoor spaces. The studio combines the sleeping and dining areas in a single room. The one-bedroom apartments have a separate living room, and one of them has a terrace. The duplex with balcony spans two levels; the rooftop category also has an elevated terrace. The kitchens include a fridge, oven, hob and coffee machine. Several units also have a dishwasher.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The outdoor areas include a garden, a terrace and furniture for enjoying the open air. The concierge service, luggage storage and wake-up service meet travellers’ practical needs, while express check-in and check-out make arriving and departing easier. A lift serves the floors.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and soundproofed; family and non-smoking rooms are available. Facilities for guests with reduced mobility include a low washbasin, raised toilet and grab rails. Croisette Beach is 300 m away, along the boulevard of the same name, lined with hotels and gardens. Cannes railway station, 850 m away, connects the city with other stops on the French Riviera. Marché Gambetta is a place to discover Provençal produce, while La Malmaison hosts art exhibitions in a former villa. In the Suquet district, the Museum of World Explorations occupies the former castle and overlooks the harbour. Fort Royal, on Sainte-Marguerite Island, makes for an island trip accessible by boat from Cannes.

The city is pleasant to explore on foot, with public transport and the railway station available for longer journeys; the hotel has no parking. Spring and autumn are well suited to walks along the Croisette and visits to the islands, with temperatures often milder than in high summer. In summer, allow time for the beaches and boat crossings, while rainy days can be spent visiting museums and the narrow streets of Le Suquet. Cannes also hosts the Cannes Film Festival in spring, when activity in the city picks up.
