This entire 35 m² villa is a single accommodation unit, with a separate bedroom and a living room. It can accommodate up to three people: the bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed. The layout separates the sleeping area from the space where you can spend time together during the day.

The private bathroom has a shower. The kitchen brings together the essentials for preparing meals, including a fridge, microwave, hob, kettle and coffee machine. Outside, a terrace and patio overlook the garden and the mountain. The outdoor dining area and garden furniture let you make the most of these spaces. The flat-screen TV is in the living area; bed linen and towels are also provided.

The villa has a private kitchen with a hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and kitchenware. A coffee machine and dining table complete the space, while an outdoor dining area lets you eat on the terrace or in the patio. Outdoor furniture complements these spaces overlooking the garden and mountain.

Private parking is free and an electric vehicle charging point is available on site. Wi-Fi is free throughout the villa. The accommodation is on the beachfront; activities listed nearby include hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing and kayaking, and scuba diving. A golf course is less than 3 km away. Anthéor is a coastal area of Saint-Raphaël, between the Mediterranean and the red hills of the Estérel massif. The landscape alternates between small beaches, rocky coves, pine woods and villas built on the slopes. This stretch of coast is well suited to swimming, taking a break by the sea and walking outdoors. The neighbourhood is more spread out than the town centre and offers a stay focused on the shore and nature.

Anthéor Beach is 190 m away and the Anthéor calanque is 380 m away. Other coves and beaches line the coast, with access points suited to swimming and exploring the shoreline. Anthéor-Cap-Roux station, 350 m away, connects you to the regional rail network; Saint-Raphaël Valescure station is 15 km away. The Estérel massif, 5 km away, is criss-crossed by hiking trails through red rock and woodland. A car makes it easier to explore the different parts of the massif and nearby towns.

In spring and autumn, milder temperatures are suited to walks in the Estérel and trips along the coast.
