Auberge les Galets

The rooms at Auberge les Galets accommodate two to four people and come in several configurations: double rooms, twin rooms, triple rooms and a family room. They range in size from 15 to 28 m². Air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV are among the features shared by the different categories. Some rooms have a balcony or patio, while others open onto a terrace. Several overlook the pool; one Deluxe Double Room has a view and a terrace.

The Family Room is the largest, with 28 m² and space for four. The Triple Rooms accommodate three people, with one single bed and either one large double bed or one extra-large double bed, depending on the category. The Twin Rooms have two single beds. Double room configurations include one large double bed. Superior Rooms are available with or without outdoor space, while the options with a terrace stand out for their views and floor area.

Auberge les Galets brings together facilities for dining, getting around and spending time outdoors. The restaurant and bar offer dedicated dining spaces, with children's menus and wine or champagne. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, and the rooms have a flat-screen TV. Les Pénitents des Mées are a striking group of rocks rising above the village of Les Mées; the surrounding paths let you admire them and explore the hills. The Roman bridge at Lurs is another heritage stop. For train journeys, Château-Arnoux-Saint-Auban station is 7 km from the inn, and Malijai station is 8 km away.

The region is well suited to walks and visits to villages in every season, with days often hot in summer and milder temperatures in spring and autumn. You can spend a day discovering Ganagobie and strolling among the rock formations of Les Mées. In summer, the inn's two outdoor pools offer a chance to relax after sightseeing; in spring or autumn, the paths and country lanes are pleasant for exploring the area. A car makes it easier to reach the villages and sites of the Durance valley.
