Aux Balcons du Riou offers three double rooms with private bathrooms and an outdoor area in the form of a balcony, terrace or patio. All offer sea views; some also overlook the garden, pool or mountains. They measure 22 or 32 m² and accommodate two or three people.

The 32 m² room has a kitchenette and sauna, as well as a terrace with sea views. Of the two 22 m² rooms, one has a walk-in shower and a double bed; the other has a bathtub and a sofa bed in addition to the double bed. A flat-screen TV, coffee machine and dishwasher complete the rooms. The outdoor areas extend the rooms into the landscapes around Vence.

The outdoor areas let you enjoy the garden and terraces at different times of day. Garden furniture, an outdoor dining area and a picnic area make it easy to eat outside, while the sun terrace and solarium are places to relax. A patio and balconies extend the living spaces. Guests can also play pétanque, badminton or tennis, go cycling or set off on hiking trails.

In the centre, the Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady and the Chapelle du Rosaire, decorated by Henri Matisse, offer a glimpse of two aspects of local heritage. The Fondation Maeght, 3.9 km away, brings together modern and contemporary works in a remarkable complex set amid a sculpture garden.
