The Mediterranean climate makes seaside walks pleasant for much of the year. In summer, the beaches are very busy, and the heat makes it worth planning visits for early morning or late afternoon. In spring and September, temperatures are often milder for walking along the Croisette or exploring Suquet. You can spend a day swimming at La Bocca, exploring central Cannes and taking a detour to Château de la Napoule.
