La Bastide du Levant offers four types of accommodation: a family room, a triple room, an apartment with garden view and a studio with garden view. The family and triple rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, a terrace and a small garden. They also have a fridge, coffee machine and microwave; the family room additionally includes a toaster. The two self-contained units have a kitchen and dishwasher, as well as an outdoor area overlooking the garden.

The accommodation ranges from 15 to 32 m², depending on the unit. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed; the studio combines the sleeping area and kitchenette in one room. Sainte-Maxime stretches along the north shore of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, facing the Massif des Maures. Nartelle Beach, which is more open than the beaches in the centre, borders this part of the town; the coastline alternates between sandy beaches and coves. Visitors come to swim, enjoy water sports and walk along the waterfront. The Nartelle neighbourhood is residential, with routes to the town centre and the villages in the hinterland.

Nartelle Beach is 50 m from the property. Criques des Sardinaux and Plage de l’Éléphant offer other stretches of coastline to explore; Pointe des Sardinaux is a small peninsula popular for its views across the gulf and coastal paths. Sainte-Maxime town centre is home to the covered market, the church and the Tour Carrée, which houses a museum devoted to local and maritime history. Sainte-Maxime Golf Club is 1.9 km away. The ferry terminal in the centre serves Saint-Tropez by boat; Fréjus railway station is 13 km away.

A car is useful for travelling around the gulf and reaching the hilltop villages of Grimaud and Gassin, while ferry crossings offer another way to explore the coast. In summer, the sea and beaches set the pace of the day, with visitor numbers peaking in July and August. Spring and September are good for coastal walks and trips into the Massif des Maures, when temperatures are milder. You can spend the morning at the Sainte-Maxime market, then head to the coves or visit the old centre of Grimaud.
