Bdesign & Spa

Bdesign & Spa offers three double rooms and suites, all designed for two people and featuring a private bathroom. Air conditioning, soundproofing, a balcony or terrace, a coffee machine and a minibar are among the shared amenities. The main differences are the floor space, the views and the bathroom: some rooms overlook the garden, while the largest suite faces the mountains.

The Design Room with Shower offers 24 m² and a garden view. The larger Exceptional Design Room, at 48 m², also combines a garden view with a bathtub. The Exceptional Design Suite has 66 m², a mountain view, a bathtub and a terrace. All three accommodations have a double bed; the suite has an extra-large double bed. Flat-screen TVs complete their facilities.

The outdoor areas include a garden, a terrace and outdoor furniture, along with sun loungers and towels for the pool or beach. Indoors, air conditioning, heating, soundproofing and a lift add to the comfort of the rooms. A safe, wake-up service and daily housekeeping are also available.

The restaurant serves children's menus and special-diet menus on request. You can also have breakfast in your room, order from the bar or choose wine and champagne. For relaxation, the hotel has a spa and wellness centre with a hammam, massages, facials and beauty services; spa access is charged separately. A gym, a 24-hour reception, room service and an airport shuttle complete the facilities. Free private parking is available on site, and Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the hotel.

Paradou lies in the Alpilles, in Provence, among olive groves, limestone hills and villages of pale stone. This peaceful village is a good base for discovering the Provençal countryside, following the roads through the Alpilles and combining heritage visits, walks and stops in local villages. Maussane-les-Alpilles and Les Baux-de-Provence give this part of the range its character, with Provençal villages set among agricultural landscapes and historic sites.

The Château des Baux-de-Provence overlooks the surrounding area from its rocky spur; you can explore its remains and panoramic views as you walk through the village's lanes. The Musée Yves Brayer displays the painter's work in a historic townhouse in Les Baux. In Maussane, the arenas and places dedicated to olive cultivation tell the story of local traditions. Les Baux is 2.3 km away, and Golf du Domaine de Manville is 1.1 km away. For a more urban outing, Arles and its Roman arenas are accessible by car; the Les Antiques site at Glanum can be visited near Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

Spring and autumn bring pleasant temperatures for walks and sightseeing, while summer means sunshine and Provençal warmth. Bring water and suitable shoes to explore the Alpilles' rocky trails. You could spend a day visiting Les Baux village, walking through the landscapes of the range and stopping to try local produce. A car makes it easier to travel between the villages and regional sites; the stations at Fontvieille and Saint-Martin-de-Crau serve the surrounding area.
