The villa is a self-contained 120 m² property arranged around three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It accommodates six people, making it suitable for families or small groups who want to share a house with communal spaces. The equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals on site and includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The villa also has a terrace, balcony and private pool with sea views. Air conditioning, a washing machine and kitchen equipment complete the facilities in this house, designed for a stay split between indoors and outdoors.

The atmosphere is more residential than that of a large resort: visitors come to swim, take the coastal path or follow hiking trails into the massif. The ochre rock landscapes contrast with the pines and the blue of the gulf.

Several coves dot the coast around Anthéor, including Crique de l'Île des Vieilles and Calanque des Nissards. Anthéor Beach gives you access to the seafront, while viewpoints in the area take in the Estérel hills. Inland, the massif can be explored on foot or by bike along tracks and trails. Anthéor-Cap-Roux railway station connects the area to the regional rail network; a car is useful for visiting different beaches and starting points for hikes. Saint-Raphaël offers more services and access to other parts of the coast.

For a day by the water, you can alternate swimming with walks between the coves, then spend another outing on the Estérel trails. The coast is particularly busy in summer, when long days are ideal for water sports and breaks on the beaches. Spring and the shoulder season are well suited to hiking, with often milder temperatures for exploring the hills.
