Casa Toscana

Casa Toscana is rented as a whole: the villa has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a floor area of 120 m². It can accommodate up to eight people. The sleeping arrangements comprise three double beds and two large double beds; the bedrooms are spread throughout the house, and one has an en-suite bathroom. The villa also has a kitchen and dining area, so you can prepare meals on site.

The living areas open onto a balcony and a terrace with views of the sea, garden and swimming pool. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher are among the facilities. A private entrance, a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a barbecue complete the layout of this house, which is designed for groups or families.

The villa has a private saltwater infinity pool, as well as a garden, balcony and sun terrace. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers let you make the most of the outdoor spaces; parasols are also provided. The barbecue and outdoor dining area provide space for meals with family or friends. The accommodation is detached and located on the beachfront.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine. The flat-screen TV has cable and satellite channels, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Free private parking is available without prior reservation, with an electric vehicle charging station. The accommodation is air-conditioned, and pets are allowed on request, possibly for an additional charge.

Roquebrune-sur-Argens stretches between a Provençal village inland and the coastal districts of Les Issambres and Saint-Aygulf. Along this stretch of the Var coast, the road runs past pine forests and small rocky coves, between serviced beaches and more secluded inlets. The area suits travellers who want to alternate swimming, coastal walks and trips to nearby towns. The Corniche Varoise follows the coast and connects its various seaside spots.

Grand Boucharel Beach is 870 m away, and several other beaches line the coast, including La Gaillarde and Le Pébrier. Parc Areca, with its green spaces and paths, offers a break away from the sand. The port of Les Issambres is a place to enjoy the maritime atmosphere and watch the boats. Fréjus, 6 km away, combines an old town with Roman monuments, including its amphitheatre and ancient ruins. Fréjus railway station is also 6 km away; a car makes it easier to get between the beaches and coastal villages.

In summer, the sea and outdoor activities set the pace of the day, but the beaches are busier. Spring and early autumn are pleasant times to walk along the coastal path and explore the coves at a quieter pace. You can spend the day swimming in the morning, having lunch in the Les Issambres area and visiting Fréjus’s heritage sites in the afternoon. Families can also plan a trip to Aqualand Fréjus, while nature lovers can enjoy the parks and coastal walks.
