The Three-Bedroom Chalet is an entire 70 m² property arranged to accommodate up to six people. It has three bedrooms and three double beds, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. The living area has a fireplace and a sofa, and there is also a private entrance. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, along with the utensils you need to prepare meals. The chalet also has a washing machine and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Its terrace overlooks the garden and has outdoor furniture for dining outside. You can also cook outdoors on the barbecue. This layout brings the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas together in a single detached house.

The lanes of Saint-Martin-Vésubie and its old houses also make for a relaxing stroll around the village.

The village of Saint-Martin-Vésubie is 2.6 km from the chalet. Cascade du Boréon, a waterfall amid woodland scenery, is 3.2 km away; Parc Alpha Chalet d'accueil du Boréon, dedicated to Alpine wildlife, is 3.5 km away. Belvédère de la Pausa offers views of the surrounding mountains, while Ouvrage Maginot de la Madeleine bears witness to the region's military history. The national park has hiking routes and high-mountain scenery.

Fine weather is well suited to walks in the forest and excursions through the valleys, with footwear appropriate for Alpine terrain. In spring and summer, hikes let you explore the landscapes of the Mercantour; in autumn, the forests and slopes take on colourful hues. In winter, mountain conditions mean you should plan outings according to the weather and snow conditions. You could start the day with a walk in the village, continue in the Boréon area and finish back at the chalet with a meal prepared in the kitchen.
