Chez Katty offers two double rooms, each accommodating two people. They measure 30 m² and have a private bathroom, air conditioning and a private entrance. Each room opens onto a terrace with garden views; both categories also list a flat-screen TV, barbecue and coffee machine. Each has one extra-large double bed.

You will also find a shower or bath, hairdryer and free toiletries in each room. A kettle, microwave and refrigerator are provided for preparing or storing drinks and food. The two room types are Double Room with Garden View and Standard Double Room. They share the same size and main facilities, with a private terrace and views of the green spaces.

Chez Katty provides free private parking on site and Wi-Fi throughout the property. The outdoor areas include a garden, a sun terrace, garden furniture and an outdoor dining area. There is also a barbecue for dining outdoors. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally.
