The entire villa is available to rent and can accommodate up to eight people. It has four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room, with a total floor area of 140 m². The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning, while the bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers. Two separate toilets complete the bathroom facilities.

The living area brings together a lounge with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals on site. The terrace overlooking the garden extends the communal spaces outdoors; the private pool and barbecue are also among the villa’s facilities. The sleeping arrangements comprise six extra-large double beds and two sofa beds. A washing machine, a flat-screen television and free Wi-Fi in the bedrooms complete the available facilities.

The villa has a private pool and furnished terraces for outdoor meals and relaxation. The garden includes outdoor furniture, sun loungers and barbecue facilities. An outdoor dining area lets you enjoy meals outside; the enclosed grounds and detached layout provide a private space for guests.

Coaraze is a village in the Alpes-Maritimes, perched on the first slopes of the hills behind Nice. Its old lanes, colourful façades and sundials give it the character of a Provençal village, quite different from the bustle of the coast. The rolling countryside and surrounding hills appeal to visitors who enjoy walking, exploring small villages and combining time in nature with village visits.

Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church is 760 m away in the village, while Saint-Sébastien Chapel is 1 km away. The area also offers routes to higher ground, particularly around Mont Férion, 2.5 km away. Berre-les-Alpes and Levens are other villages to explore by car for their lanes and views over the hills behind Nice. L’Escarène railway station is 4.6 km away; a car makes it easier to travel between the villages and walking trails. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is about 32 km away by road.

Spring and autumn are good seasons for walks in the hills, when temperatures are often milder than in summer. In summer, you can spend the morning walking around Coaraze or visiting nearby villages, then return to the pool and terraces during the hottest part of the day. The hills behind Nice are well suited to hiking, while Nice and the coast offer the option of a day out combining the city and the sea. The winding roads make for more pleasant journeys at a relaxed pace.
