Côté Provence offers double rooms, a studio, suites and two independent holiday homes. Sizes range from 23 m² for a double room to 105 m² for the Holiday Home. Each accommodation has air conditioning, a private bathroom, a patio and a flat-screen TV. The rooms are soundproofed. The rooms and suites accommodate couples or small groups, while the holiday homes have their own kitchen and dining area.

Layouts and facilities vary by accommodation. The Studio includes a kitchenette and a Nespresso coffee machine; the holiday homes have a kitchen, dishwasher and terrace. Le Thor is a village in the Vaucluse, in the Provençal countryside, west of Avignon. The landscape alternates between farmland, small settlements and waterways; nearby villages are easy to explore by car or bicycle. The pace is more rural than that of a large city, with outings that can take in heritage, local markets and the scenery of the Sorgue Valley. This is a suitable stop for travellers who want to explore the département while staying in a village setting.

The Thouzon Cave, 2.3 km away, is a cave open to visitors. Thouzon Castle and the Church of Sainte-Marie de Thouzon are also in the area. In Avignon, the Palace of the Popes and Pont Saint-Bénézet tell the story of the former papal city; you can explore the historic centre on foot. Saint-Saturnin-lès-Avignon and Gadagne railway stations are nearby, but the property is not served by public transport: a car makes it easier to get to local attractions and surrounding villages.

Spring and autumn are good seasons for sightseeing and cycling, with temperatures often milder than in the height of summer. In summer, plan outdoor excursions for early morning or late afternoon, then enjoy the pool when it is open. You can combine a day exploring Avignon’s streets with an excursion into the countryside around Le Thor. In June and July, lavender fields colour parts of Provence; flowering times depend on seasonal conditions and altitude.
