Domaine de La Brave

Domaine de La Brave offers three suites for two people and a 70 m² apartment. The suites measure 37 or 40 m² and all have air conditioning and a private bathroom. They are furnished with an extra-large double bed and a coffee machine; some have a terrace, while views vary between the garden, inner courtyard and mountains.

Each accommodation has its own features: one suite is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and a terrace; another, on the second floor, stands out for its large bathtub and vineyard views. The first-floor suite has a seating area. The larger apartment has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and a terrace. It overlooks the garden, pool and mountains, and has a sofa bed in the living room.

The outdoor pool and garden areas let you enjoy the fresh air between visits. You’ll find a sun terrace, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, as well as a picnic area. Sun loungers and parasols are available for relaxing by the pool. The property also provides badminton equipment and offers massages.

Private parking is free, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The shared areas include a kitchen, a dining table and a coffee machine; some rooms also have a kettle or a coffee machine. Luggage storage, private check-in and check-out, and express check-in make it easier to plan your arrival. Ironing and laundry services are also available. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing and fishing.

Pernes-les-Fontaines is in the Comtat Venaissin, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. This small Provençal town is known for its fountains and old town, while the surrounding countryside combines orchards, vineyards and garrigue landscapes. Saint-Didier, 1.3 km away, offers another village stop where you can wander the streets and visit the church. The surrounding countryside suits stays that combine heritage visits, breaks on a terrace and outdoor activities.

Château de Thézan, 1.5 km away, offers the chance to discover a historic residence and its garden. Nature lovers can head to the Vénasque departmental forest, while families will find the Le Jarditrain leisure park 1.2 km away. Carpentras, 5 km away, has a railway station and an old town shaped by the heritage of the Comtat. For a longer excursion, Gordes and Sénanque Abbey are 20 km away; the abbey is particularly known for its Provençal setting and lavender fields in season.

Mont Ventoux shapes the landscape and attracts cyclists and hikers, with routes that change character according to altitude and season. Late spring and early autumn are suited to walks in often milder temperatures; in summer, it’s best to plan walks or bike rides early in the day. A day could include the centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines, a visit to Carpentras and a stop in the villages of the Luberon. A car makes it easier to travel between these rural stops.
