Domaine des Andeols

Le Domaine des Andeols offers several types of accommodation, from double rooms to suites and private villas. The rooms and suites sleep two; the villas are designed for four. All accommodation has a private bathroom, air conditioning and a coffee machine. The Junior Suites have a terrace, sometimes with a garden view, while the villas measure 100 m² and offer more space for a group stay.

Outdoor features and interior layouts vary between accommodation types. Some suites have a seating area, and several terraces overlook the garden. Two villas have a private swimming pool; others have a bathtub, an additional bathroom or a sofa bed. Several suites and villas have a minibar. The double rooms and suites sleep two, while the villas have two bedrooms and can accommodate four guests.

The resort has three swimming pools, relaxation areas and fitness facilities. You can enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, sun loungers and parasols, as well as a hot tub and a hammam. Body, foot, neck and back massages are also available. The garden, terraces and picnic area provide several places to spend time outdoors.

Two restaurants and a bar make up the dining options. Meals can include children's menus or menus for specific dietary requirements on request; a buffet breakfast is served at the restaurant, and room service is available. Facilities also include a fitness centre, yoga classes and tennis equipment. To explore the surrounding area, the resort offers bicycle hire, cycling tours, walking tours, horse riding and hiking opportunities. Private parking is free, and Wi-Fi is available in the rooms.

Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt is a Provençal village in the Luberon, surrounded by ochre-coloured hills, cultivated fields and landscapes dotted with olive trees and lavender. Its lanes and stone houses invite you to take a leisurely stroll, while the surrounding roads cross countryside of vineyards, orchards and hilltop villages. The area will appeal to travellers who want to explore by car, visit the villages of the Luberon and enjoy a rural setting with walks and breaks by the water.

Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt town centre is accessible from the resort. Gordes, 14 km from the resort, is known for its stone houses clinging to the hillside and its château overlooking the village. The Village des Bories, 15 km away, is a collection of traditional dry-stone buildings. Hikers can explore Fort de Buoux, 12 km away, with its ruins and views over the cliffs. The Bruoux Mines, 3 km away, offer a chance to explore former ochre galleries. Avignon-Provence Airport is the nearest airport; a car makes it easier to travel between these sites and nearby villages.

The light and colours of the Luberon’s landscapes change with the seasons. Lavender usually blooms in late June and July; summer is also the busiest time for the villages and Provençal markets. In spring and autumn, milder temperatures are well suited to walks and outdoor visits. You can spend a day exploring a village, walking in the hills and stopping at a site associated with ochre. By car, you can plan a route between Gordes, Roussillon and the area around Apt, then return to enjoy the resort’s swimming pools.
