Domaine du Mas des Bois

All four accommodations are named “2-Bedroom House” and are independent 42 m² homes for four people. Each has two bedrooms, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Facilities include a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob and coffee machine. Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a private entrance are also standard features.

The homes have a terrace or patio with views of the garden and pool. They are furnished with a double bed and two single beds; one has an extra-large double bed, while another includes a living area and a level-access shower suitable for wheelchair users. A barbecue is also provided. These layouts let families share a house while enjoying two separate bedrooms and a living area with a kitchen.

The estate has an outdoor pool, a garden and several areas set up for enjoying the open air. You can relax on the sun terrace, in the outdoor dining area or by the garden furniture. A picnic area and barbecue complete the facilities. The homes also have a patio and private entrance, as well as soundproofed rooms and air conditioning.

Each home has a kitchen or kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, hob, microwave and utensils. A coffee machine and kettle are available for preparing drinks, and a continental breakfast is served on site. Other facilities include a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and free toiletries. Private parking is free and accessible to guests with reduced mobility. Adapted facilities include a low-level washbasin and wheelchair access. Pets are allowed, possibly for an additional charge.

Le Muy is a village in the Var, between the hills of the Provençal hinterland and the roads leading to the coast. The landscape alternates between vineyards, hills and wooded areas; the vineyards give the area an identity tied to the production of Provençal rosé wines. The village offers a quieter stop than the coastal resorts, with a centre where you can discover the architecture and everyday life of a Provençal town. A car is useful for exploring the surrounding area and visiting the different villages.

Sainte-Roseline Chapel is 1.2 km away; it is part of the vineyard of the same name and is one of the area's heritage sites. Saut du Capelan, 1.5 km away, offers a walk to a waterfall in a natural setting. Several vineyards welcome visitors to discover local wines. Les Arcs-Draguignan railway station, 4.4 km away, provides regional rail connections; the A8 motorway also serves the area. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 72 km away.

Spring and autumn are suitable for walks through the vineyards and visits to villages, with generally milder temperatures than in the height of summer. In summer, you can combine time by the pool with trips to the Mediterranean coast, while allowing for busy periods on the roads and beaches. A day could include a visit to a vineyard, a walk around Le Muy and a stop at the waterfall. Provençal markets and nearby villages are also a way to discover the produce and traditions of the Var. Having a car makes it easier to explore beyond the centre.
