The house has two bedrooms within a single 90 m² property, with a total capacity of four people. This layout suits families or small groups who want to share the living areas while having separate bedrooms. The private bathroom has a shower; the property also has a toilet and a hairdryer.

The kitchen, equipped for everyday use, includes a fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine. The lounge area with a flat-screen TV looks out onto the garden. Air conditioning, a washing machine and the patio complete the facilities. The beds comprise one double bed and two single beds. A private entrance leads directly into the house, so you do not need to cross any shared areas to reach your accommodation.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. You will find a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, as well as the necessary utensils and a dining table. The living room has a sofa, a seating area and a flat-screen TV. The washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment are practical for longer stays.

The neighbourhood combines local life with a seaside atmosphere; Juan-les-Pins, with its beaches and pine trees, extends the stroll westwards. This stretch of coast suits travellers who want to alternate swimming, heritage and walks rather than spend their whole stay in a car.

The Picasso Museum occupies Château Grimaldi in the old town and displays works in a setting connected to Antibes' artistic history. Ponteil and Gravette beaches offer different settings: one opens onto the bay, while the other lies alongside the ramparts and harbour. Fort Carré, near the marina, bears witness to the town's defensive past. Antibes railway station is 800 m away and connects the town to other stops along the French Riviera; Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 10 km away. The house has free private parking if you are travelling by car.

In spring and autumn, pleasant temperatures are well suited to walks through the old streets and along the coastal path at Cap d'Antibes. In summer, plan visits to the historic centre for the cooler hours, then spend the afternoon by the sea. You could start the day at the Provençal market, continue to the Picasso Museum and finish on the beach at sunset. In the evening, the quays and terraces in the centre take on a different atmosphere, while Juan-les-Pins offers a more seaside-style stroll. Out of season, the beaches are quieter and sightseeing is more relaxed.
