Les Villas du Parc

Les Villas du Parc comprises three independent holiday homes, each with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Villa Bianca is 100 m², Villa Gioia is 95 m² and Villa Anna is 75 m². Each has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a terrace and a patio overlooking the garden or pool. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven or hob, and kitchenware.

The sleeping arrangements and bathrooms set the villas apart. Villa Bianca has two large double beds and a sofa bed, as well as two bathrooms with showers. Villa Gioia combines double beds, single beds and a sofa bed; its two bathrooms have a bath and a shower. The more compact Villa Anna has one large double bed and three single beds, with a bathroom featuring a bath and a shower. Each home has a private entrance and a flat-screen TV.

Outdoor facilities include a garden, patio and terrace with outdoor furniture. You can dine outside and use the barbecue; sun loungers are also provided. Each villa has its own private pool, while the shared facilities list three pools, including a shallow one. Badminton equipment and a water park are among the activities on offer, along with mini golf, cycling and a golf course within 3 km. Bicycle hire makes it easy to explore the area.

Inside, each home has a kitchen or kitchenette with a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. A coffee machine, dining table and kitchenware complete the dining area. You will also find a washing machine, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi throughout the villas. Free private parking is available on site.

Antibes stretches along the Mediterranean between Nice and Cannes, with a fortified old town, a marina and residential districts extending towards neighbouring towns. Les Villas du Parc is in the Vaugrenier area, east of the old town, near green spaces and the leisure facilities of Villeneuve-Loubet. The neighbourhood suits beach holidays and families who want to alternate between beaches, walks and outdoor activities.

Vaugrenier Park has trails and walking areas amid its natural spaces. Aquasplash and Kid's Island, in the Marineland area, offer water attractions and activities for children. Vaugrenier Beach and Batterie Public Beach provide access to the coast; in central Antibes, you can visit Fort Carré and the Picasso Museum, housed in Château Grimaldi. Biot railway station makes it easy to travel along the coast by train, while private parking is available on site. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is about 11 km away.

In summer, you can swim in the morning and visit old Antibes in the late afternoon, when the narrow streets are less exposed to the sun. The Provençal market and the port make for an additional stop in the centre. In spring and the shoulder season, milder temperatures are well suited to walks in Vaugrenier Park and trips to Biot, known for its glassmaking workshops. A car is useful for exploring the beaches and nearby towns, but Biot railway station is another option for travelling along the coast.
