Rooms are available in Classic, Superior and Privilege categories, as well as suites and family rooms. All have a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. Features vary by category: some rooms overlook the city or inner courtyard, and several have a balcony or terrace.

The family rooms comprise two interconnecting spaces and accommodate up to four or five people, depending on the category. The Junior Suite has a separate seating area and a terrace with garden furniture. The larger penthouse has a kitchen, two bathrooms and a panoramic terrace, with private access to the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Room sizes range from 21 to 80 m²; beds and amenities vary by category.

The wellness area includes a spa, sauna, hammam, steam room and gym. Massages, body treatments and beauty services are also available. A heated indoor swimming pool completes the facilities. The rooftop outdoor pool and sun terrace are available at an additional charge; sun loungers are also available for a fee, subject to availability.

The restaurant and bar offer meals and drinks on site. The breakfast buffet includes continental, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and room service is available. For travel, the hotel has private indoor parking, accessible to guests with reduced mobility, for €20 per day and by reservation. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Reception is open 24 hours a day; luggage storage, a concierge, a lift and facilities for guests with disabilities complete the services.

Cannes combines the Mediterranean seafront with the bustle of a commercial and cultural city. The hotel is on Rue d’Antibes, a shopping street running through the city centre between the beaches and residential neighbourhoods. La Croisette stretches along the waterfront, facing the beaches and palm trees; the area attracts visitors looking to enjoy the sea as well as those attending business and cultural events. The central streets are easy to explore on foot, with the atmosphere changing between the main thoroughfares, squares and quays.

La Croisette Beach is 300 m away and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès is about 1 km away. Further west, Le Suquet, the old hilltop quarter, is a pleasant place to wander through narrow streets and visit the Musée des Explorations du Monde. Gambetta Market brings the centre to life with stalls selling fresh produce. Cannes railway station, 700 m away, makes it easy to travel by train along the French Riviera; Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 17 km away. The Lérins Islands can be explored on a boat trip from the port.

The mild climate makes it possible to enjoy the coast for much of the year. In summer, the beaches and La Croisette are very busy; spring and early autumn are good for walks, visits to Le Suquet and trips to the islands. For a balanced day, you can start at the market, walk to the seafront and spend the afternoon on a cultural visit or swimming. Visitors coming during a festival will find the city particularly lively, while the quieter months make it easier to explore its neighbourhoods and heritage.
