The entire villa is the only accommodation on offer: it covers 200 m² and has four bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to twelve people. The sleeping arrangements combine three large double beds, single beds and bunk beds, making it suitable for families and groups of friends alike.

The living areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a fireplace. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher make longer stays easier. The bathrooms include a bath, a shower and a bidet. Outside, the balcony, patio and terrace overlook the garden, pool or mountains. The private pool, reserved for villa guests, is a particular feature of the house. A flat-screen TV, coffee machine and kitchenware complete the amenities.

The villa has a private pool and a landscaped garden with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasols and pool or beach towels. The sun terrace, balcony, patio and outdoor dining area offer several places to enjoy the fresh air. A barbecue and its facilities are also available.

Inside, the kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The living room has a sofa, a seating area and a fireplace; a flat-screen TV with streaming services completes the media amenities. Activities available on site include billiards, table tennis and water sports facilities. Children can enjoy outdoor play equipment and an indoor play area. Private parking is free, and the Wi-Fi is suitable for streaming and video calls.
