Accommodation is available as one of two entire-villa options, with three or four bedrooms. The first offers 64 m² and can accommodate up to seven people; the second spans 120 m² and suits eleven people. Each configuration includes a kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning and flat-screen TV. Both also have a private pool and outdoor space.

The 64 m² villa has a terrace with garden views, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The 120 m² option stands out for its garden-facing balcony, bathtub and fireplace. It includes a separate living room and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements vary between the villas: one has single beds and a double bed, while the other has several bed types, including bunk beds and a sofa bed.

The villa has a private pool and terrace, with garden views from the outdoor areas. Both configurations include a kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The kitchen lets you prepare meals on site; the washing machine and tumble dryer are practical amenities for family or group stays.

Cagnes-sur-Mer stretches between the Mediterranean coast and the hills of the Nice hinterland. The Cros-de-Cagnes district retains the character of an old fishing village, with its harbour, beaches and streets close to the sea. Higher up, Haut-de-Cagnes forms a medieval village around Château Grimaldi. This variety appeals to travellers who want to combine swimming, seaside walks and discovering the local heritage.

Cros-de-Cagnes Beach is about 400 m from the villa; several other beaches line the coast. Cros-de-Cagnes railway station, 300 m away, makes it easy to travel along the coast, while Cagnes-sur-Mer railway station provides another rail connection. Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is 3.1 km away. In Cagnes, the Musée Renoir displays works and mementoes related to the painter, who lived at the Collettes estate. Château Grimaldi houses art collections and offers the chance to explore the old village’s narrow streets.

The mild climate makes coastal walks pleasant for much of the year. In summer, the beaches and terraces attract more visitors; spring and the shoulder season are suited to quieter walks. You can spend a day in the old village and at the museum, then head back down to the seafront to enjoy the harbour and beach. Nice and Antibes also make good day trips, with their museums, markets and historic districts.
