This holiday home consists of a separate bedroom and a living room, with a private bathroom. The layout suits a couple or a small family: the bedroom has a large double bed and the living room has a sofa bed. The total area is 27 m² and the maximum capacity is four people. Air conditioning helps keep the interior comfortable on hot days in the Var.

The kitchenette has the equipment you need to prepare meals: a hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and kitchenware. A coffee machine and dining area complete the space. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. A washing machine is also available. Outside, a terrace overlooking the garden extends the living space and includes a dining area; a barbecue lets you cook outdoors. The flat-screen TV has satellite channels.

The accommodation has a private kitchenette equipped for preparing meals, with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and kitchenware. Salernes is a Provençal village in the Var, surrounded by hills, forests and Mediterranean landscapes. The village is known for its pottery tradition, which you can discover at the Terra Rossa museum. Its narrow streets and squares are ideal for a leisurely stroll, while the surrounding roads pass through villages and wine estates. Gîte La Clef du Sud is in a rural area where a car makes it easier to get to natural attractions and neighbouring towns.

The Castle Ruins are 690 m away and Salernes village is 910 m away. Terra Rossa, a museum dedicated to pottery and local history, is 1.4 km away. A few kilometres away, Sillans Waterfall offers a walk to a cascade surrounded by vegetation; the Villecroze Troglodytic Caves let you explore a site built into the cliff. Verdon Regional Natural Park, with its gorges, lakes and trails, offers options for day trips. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 52 km away.

In spring and autumn, the mild temperatures are well suited to hiking and visiting the villages. In summer, the heat makes it best to plan walks early in the morning and spend the hottest hours in the shade or by the water. You can combine a visit to the Salernes museum with a trip to Villecroze and a walk to Sillans Waterfall. Cyclists can also explore the roads of the Haut-Var and follow EuroVelo 8, which crosses the region. Allow more time for trips into the Verdon, where the roads are winding.
