Gîte Le Moulin

Le Gîte Le Moulin offers three independent holiday homes, with one or two bedrooms and a private kitchen. They range from 20 to 66 m² and accommodate two to five people. Each unit has a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV; a washing machine is also available. The kitchens are equipped for preparing meals, with items including a fridge, a coffee machine and utensils.

Several units have views of the garden or mountains. Two homes have two bedrooms, but differ in size and sleeping arrangements: one measures 66 m² and the other 56 m². The one-bedroom home measures 20 m². All three units have a terrace; one of the two-bedroom homes also has a balcony. A barbecue completes the facilities at these homes, which have access to a private swimming pool.

The garden and outdoor areas are a prominent feature at Le Gîte Le Moulin. The private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a cover, and is surrounded by a fence. You can also relax on the sun terrace, use the outdoor furniture or eat outside. A barbecue and barbecue facilities are provided, as well as a picnic area.

Families have access to a children’s playground, outdoor play equipment, board games and books or DVDs for younger guests. The games room adds to the activities on site. Borrowing a bicycle, cycling tours, cycling and walking let you enjoy the surrounding area. Free private parking is available, and Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The accommodation also includes a kitchen, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV.

La Rochegiron is a small village in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, amid a landscape of hills, fields and rocky terrain. The area has a rural atmosphere, away from major centres, and is well suited to stays that leave time to explore country roads, go walking and discover the neighbouring villages. The village houses and scattered hamlets reflect a sparsely populated area shaped by the landscapes of Haute-Provence.

The village of La Rochegiron is 480 m away; the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus is 570 m away. For a walk among traces of former rural life, the ruins of Le Vieux Redortiers are 3.1 km away. Saumane, 2.7 km away, and Redortiers, 4.3 km away, offer further stops in the area. The Oppedette Gorges, known for their narrow rock walls and walking routes, are well suited to a day trip. Given the scattered layout of the villages, a car is useful for reaching local sights and services.

The warmer months are ideal for walks and cycling trips; the outdoor swimming pool is another way to enjoy summer on site. In summer, the Provençal landscapes take on drier, brighter hues, while spring and autumn often bring pleasant temperatures for walking.
