The entire villa is available to rent. It has seven bedrooms, a lounge and four bathrooms, and can accommodate up to fifteen people. The property covers 300 m² and is arranged around living spaces suited to group stays. Sleeping arrangements include six double beds, one single bed, bunk beds and two sofa beds. The beds are spread between the bedrooms and the lounge.

Sea views and the garden can be enjoyed from the living spaces, while the terrace extends the house outdoors. The equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob and coffee machine. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, bed linen and towels complete the facilities. The accommodation also includes a private bathroom.

The villa has a terrace and garden with outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area. A picnic area and barbecue facilities make it possible to eat outside. The villa is in a residential part of the town, suited to travellers who want to spend time by the water and have a detached house for a group stay.

Vernette Beach is 70 m away. Fernand Braudel landscaped park, near Sablettes Beach, has walking paths and places to pause outdoors. Fort Napoléon reflects the military history of the harbour and hosts exhibitions. To reach Toulon, its railway station and cultural facilities, it is about 7 km to Toulon railway station. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 20 km away. Mar Vivo Beach and Verne Beach offer other swimming options along this stretch of coast.

In summer, the days are ideal for swimming and seaside outings, and the coast is busier. Spring and early autumn are suited to walks and sightseeing, with generally milder temperatures. You can spend a day at the local beaches, then head to Toulon to explore the port and city centre. A car makes it easier to travel between the different coastal districts and neighbouring towns.
