Hôtel Anna Livia offers three room categories: Single Room, Double Room and Triple Room. Single Rooms accommodate one person, Double Rooms are suitable for two guests and Triple Rooms for three. They range in size from 10 to 16 m². All have air conditioning, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and soundproofing. They offer city views; some also overlook the inner courtyard.

The Single Room has one single bed. The Double Room can be set up with one double bed or two single beds. For groups or families, the Triple Room offers one double bed and one single bed, or three single beds. The rooms also include a wardrobe, a desk and a hairdryer. The Single and Double Rooms have a minibar; the Triple Room also has a safe.

Hôtel Anna Livia offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property, as well as room service and an airport shuttle. All rooms are non-smoking and have tea and coffee-making facilities. Walking up towards Le Suquet, the old neighbourhood on the hill, you can visit the Musée des explorations du monde and explore the lanes around the old town. Cannes railway station is 400 m away; Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 17 km away. Ferries also run from the port to the Lérins Islands, for an outing combining heritage and Mediterranean scenery.

Spring and the shoulder season are good times for walks along the seafront and sightseeing, with temperatures often milder than in high summer. In summer, make time for the beach and evening walks, when the city remains lively. A day can begin with a swim, continue through the lanes of Le Suquet and end on the Croisette at sunset. For a change of scene, the Lérins Islands offer a seaside escape and shaded trails.
