Hotel D'Albion

Hotel D'Albion offers five rooms and a studio, with layouts suited to couples, families or friends travelling together. The rooms have a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV, as well as heating and a wardrobe. Depending on the room type, you will find a double bed, two single beds, or one double bed and one single bed. The double rooms measure 14 or 18 m², while the family and triple rooms are 20 m².

The studio is distinctly different from the rooms: at 32 m², it has a separate bedroom, a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob, oven and dishwasher. It overlooks the garden and accommodates two people. The Economy Double Room is the most compact option, while the Family Room and Triple Room suit groups of three. The upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

The rooms have a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and heating. Free Wi-Fi is available in some rooms. For relaxing, the hotel has a terrace overlooking the town and a bar. You can also enjoy the outdoor furniture and choose from walking tours, bike tours, cycling or hiking in the surrounding area. Fishing is also among the activities on offer.

The bar serves wine and champagne, and special diet menus can be requested. Packed lunches are available for outings. Breakfast is offered in continental and buffet options. The rooms are non-smoking, and the upper floors are accessible by stairs only. Pets are allowed on request; a supplement may apply. The hotel does not have parking.

Sault is a Provençal village in Vaucluse, set on a plateau at the foot of Mont Ventoux. The surrounding countryside alternates between fields, woods and hills, with the landscapes of Ventoux in the background.

The Centre de découverte de la nature et du patrimoine cynégétique is 60 m from the hotel. Notre-Dame-de-la-Tour Church and the municipal museum offer a glimpse into local history within a few minutes' walk. La Promenade is a place to take a break in the village. At 5 km, the Nesque viewpoint looks out over the Nesque Gorges, a limestone landscape to explore by car or on foot. The Aroma'plantes and Vallon des Lavandes distilleries are reminders of the importance of lavender to the area's economy and landscape.

Late spring and summer are good times for mountain walks and cycling; lavender blooms colour the fields in June and July. In autumn, the roads and trails remain pleasant for exploring the area at a more leisurely pace. A day can combine a visit to the village, a stop at a distillery and an excursion to the Nesque Gorges. A car makes it easier to reach the surrounding villages and natural sites.
