Hotel Edelweiss

Hotel Edelweiss offers three room types: a Double or Twin Room with Balcony, a Triple Room and a Family Room. They range in size from 14 to 20 m². Each category has a balcony, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV, with mountain views across the different room configurations.

The first room can be set up with either two single beds or one double bed. The Triple Room has one single bed and one double bed, while the Family Room includes two single beds and one large double bed. The latter stands out for its 20 m² of space and additional bathroom. The Double or Twin Room also offers a city view, alongside the mountain panorama. A bath or shower, a safe and a hairdryer are among the room amenities. Depending on the category, the rooms accommodate two to three people.

Outdoor activities feature prominently among the hotel’s services. Ski-to-door access, a ski school and ski storage cater to winter stays. In warmer months, you can choose from hiking, cycling, walking tours, bike tours, golf and tennis. Bike hire and evening entertainment add to the leisure options.

The restaurant serves children’s menus and special-diet menus on request; there is also a bar and snack bar. Families can make use of outdoor play equipment and board games. Ski lifts are part of everyday life at the resort: Télériou is 30 m away and Riou is 290 m away. The Saint-Érige Chapel, 150 m away, is a local heritage landmark. Auron Mountain Golf, 840 m away, welcomes golfers during the summer season. For a trip through the valley, Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée is 3.5 km away; this village offers a chance to discover local architecture and history. Nearby trails and viewpoints provide more ways to get out into the mountains.

In winter, the lifts give you access to the ski area; bring clothing suited to high-altitude conditions and check the weather before heading out. In summer, you could start the day with a hike, continue on the golf course and finish with a walk through the village. Mercantour National Park extends into this part of the Alps, with high-mountain scenery and walking routes. Spring and autumn are good for walks when the resort’s activities are less focused on skiing.
