Hotel le Préjoly

Hotel le Préjoly offers five types of rooms for two to five people. Double or twin rooms are available in standard, superior and economy versions; a triple room and a family room complete the selection. All have a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and soundproofing. Saint-Vallier-de-Thiey is a village in the Préalpes d’Azur, in the Grasse hinterland. You can stroll through the village streets or head outdoors; the surrounding trails attract walkers and cyclists. The local market and village buildings also make for a stop during the day.

The Chapel of the Holy Spirit and the Napoleon Column are in the village. For underground scenery, the Saint-Cézaire Caves can be visited nearby, while the Préalpes d’Azur Regional Nature Park offers hiking routes through the surrounding hills. Grasse, known for its history of perfumery, is home to the International Perfume Museum and the Fragonard Perfumery. Grasse railway station is 7 km away; Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 28 km away. Cannes and its coastline are 29 km from the hotel.

Spring and autumn are good for walks in the hinterland, when temperatures are milder; in summer, you can combine morning hikes with trips to the coast, bearing in mind the heat inland. A day might begin with a visit to the lanes and market of Saint-Vallier-de-Thiey, continue with the caves or a walk in the Préalpes, and end in Grasse among collections devoted to perfume. A car makes it easier to travel between the village, natural sites and coastal towns.
