The Mémorial des Commandos d'Afrique, 470 m away, commemorates an episode of the Provence landings. Le Lavandou, 2.7 km away, has a port and seafront promenade where you can go for a stroll. The bus station is in Le Lavandou. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 26 km away.

In summer, the coast attracts swimmers and people heading out by boat; the beaches are then very busy. Spring and early autumn often bring temperatures suited to walks and excursions, with a quieter atmosphere along the shore. You can spend a day exploring the nearby coves, then discover Le Lavandou in the late afternoon. Port-Cros National Park is another excursion in the region, with island scenery and walking trails.
