Hotel Mignon offers five room types, from the Budget Single Room to double and triple rooms in Standard and Comfort versions. Rooms range from 9 to 15 m² and accommodate one to three people. Triple rooms combine a single bed with a double bed, while double rooms have one double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed, with a flat-screen TV.

Most rooms have a private bathroom. The Budget Single Room stands out for its shared toilets in the corridor and shower in the room. The Comfort Double Room and Comfort Triple Room also include an electric kettle; both room types have a hairdryer. The Comfort Double Room is 12 m², compared with 11 m² for the Standard Double Room. The triple rooms are 15 m² and suit guests who want two separate beds.
