The covered market and old façades offer a glimpse of local life, while the coastline draws swimmers and people out for walks by the water.

The port is 70 m from the hotel and has boat services to Saint-Tropez, a convenient way to cross the gulf without taking the coastal road. The town-centre beach is 480 m away; other beaches, including La Nartelle Beach, line the shore. In the old town, Sainte-Maxime Church and the Tour Carrée recall the history of the town. The Parc Botanique des Myrtes and Pointe des Sardinaux offer walking routes and coastal views. If you’re travelling by train, Fréjus station is 22 km away; the A8 motorway connects to the main routes through Var.

Summer is ideal for beach days and trips out to sea, but it is also the busiest time on the coast. In spring and September, temperatures are still suitable for walks, and visitor numbers are often lower. You can spend the morning at the market and wandering through the narrow streets, then go swimming or take a trip around the gulf in the afternoon. Saint-Tropez is also worth visiting for its port and maritime history museum; the boat journey back offers another view of the bay.
