Hotel Toppin offers five room categories, suited to couples as well as families and friends travelling together. The double rooms sleep two people, while the triple and quadruple categories provide additional beds. All have a private bathroom, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Room sizes range from 11 to 16 m².

Views vary between rooms: some overlook the town, while others face an inner courtyard. The quadruple rooms combine a double bed with a sofa bed, while the triple room has a double bed and a single bed. A Superior Quadruple Room has a large double bed and a sofa bed. Bathroom facilities include a shower or a bath, depending on the category; some rooms also have a hairdryer. The upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

The facilities cover the practical needs of a city stay: Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, and the rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.
