The five categories comprise double rooms measuring 18 to 30 m², designed for two people. The Classic and Comfort rooms with town views differ in size and bathroom facilities: the Comfort category has a bath. All rooms are soundproofed and include a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. Sleeping arrangements vary by category, with a large double bed or two single beds in some rooms, and a very large double bed or two single beds in others.

The garden-facing categories add a balcony or terrace, with views of the garden and pool. The Deluxe Double Room with Terrace is the most spacious at 30 m²; the Comfort Double Room with Terrace and Garden View measures 24 m². Some rooms have a bath, while others have a shower or bath. The rooms are on the first or second floor, served by a small lift.

The hotel has an outdoor pool, a sun terrace and a garden. Sun loungers, parasols and pool or beach towels are provided for relaxing by the water. Croisette Beach is 200 m away and Cannes railway station is 550 m away; the station connects the centre with other towns on the French Riviera. The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès is about a ten-minute walk away. To discover another side of the town, the Musée des explorations du monde occupies the medieval castle of Le Suquet, in the old town, and houses art and objects from different continents. Boats to the Lérins Islands depart from the port near the centre. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 17 km away.

A day could start with a walk by the sea, continue through the narrow streets of Le Suquet and end on a beach or at a town-centre terrace. In summer, the coast attracts more visitors and the beaches are very busy; spring and early autumn often offer a quieter pace for walking and sightseeing.
