Hôtel Villa Boeri offers three room types, suited to couples or groups of three. The Double Rooms and Economy Double Rooms measure 12 m² and accommodate two people. The more spacious Triple Room measures 19 m² and can accommodate three people. Bed arrangements vary by room type: the Double Rooms have either a large bed or two single beds, while the Triple Room offers several possible arrangements.

All room types have air conditioning and a private bathroom. The Double and Triple Rooms include a balcony; the Economy Double Room is distinguished by its lack of a balcony and a simpler list of amenities. Rooms have a flat-screen TV, and some are soundproofed. The Triple Room’s bathroom has a bath or shower; the Double Rooms have a shower or bath. Toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided.
