La Bastide de Font Clarette

La Bastide de Font Clarette has five double rooms, including two superior rooms that can accommodate up to three people. They range from 15 to 25 m² and all have air conditioning, a private bathroom, a TV and a coffee machine. Depending on the room, sleeping arrangements include a large double bed, two single beds or a large double bed with a single bed.

The rooms overlook the garden, the pool or both, and have a terrace. The Classic Double Room with Garden View measures 15 m², while the Classic Double Room measures 17 m². The superior rooms measure 25 m²; some accommodate two people and others three. The private terraces are furnished with outdoor furniture. Bathrooms have either a shower or a bath, depending on the room.

La Bastide de Font Clarette provides free Wi-Fi throughout the house and air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms. The outdoor areas include a garden, a sun terrace, garden furniture and a picnic area. Sun loungers, parasols and a pool cover are provided around the pool. There is also an open-air bath.

Guests can enjoy several activities in the surrounding area, including hiking, cycling, canoeing, windsurfing, diving and horse riding. The house also offers bicycle hire, board games and cultural events. Accessible facilities include a low washbasin, raised toilet and grab rails. Accessible parking is available; private parking on site must be reserved and may incur an extra charge.

Six-Fours-les-Plages stretches along the Var coast, between Toulon and Sanary-sur-Mer. The town combines residential areas, coves and several beaches, with a Mediterranean feel shaped by pine trees, coastal paths and water sports. Le Brusc, to the west, retains the atmosphere of a fishing and pleasure-boat harbour; the nearby beaches attract families as well as swimming and sailing enthusiasts.

Gardiole Beach is 1.1 km away and Trou de l’Or Beach is 1.2 km away. Grand Gaou, accessible from Le Brusc, offers rocky coastal scenery and walking trails facing the islands. The port of Le Brusc provides access to the maritime setting of the Embiez archipelago. For a cultural outing, Maison du Cygne hosts exhibitions in a setting surrounded by gardens. Ollioules-Sanary railway station connects the area to the regional rail network; a car is useful for exploring the different beaches and neighbouring towns.

Spring and early autumn are good times for coastal walks, when temperatures are mild and the paths are quieter. In summer, plan walks for the cooler parts of the day and leave time for a swim; the mistral can make some days windy. A pleasant day might begin with a walk in Le Brusc, continue with a visit to a local beach and end in the streets of Sanary-sur-Mer, where the harbour and colourful façades invite you to wander.
