La Bastide des Pins

La Bastide des Pins offers two 24 m² studios, each designed for two people. Both have a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. Each studio opens onto a balcony, providing outdoor space with views of the surrounding area. The kitchenette is equipped for preparing simple meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, kettle and coffee machine.

The two accommodations differ mainly in their bed arrangements and the view they highlight. The Double Studio with Balcony has a double bed and overlooks the garden, with views of the pool and mountains also listed. The Twin Studio with Balcony has two single beds and opens onto the pool. Both categories offer similar facilities, with bed arrangements suited to couples or travellers who prefer to sleep separately.

La Bastide des Pins has an outdoor pool with a shallow end and a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. The garden and outdoor furniture offer places to relax between outings. The studios are air-conditioned and each has a balcony, while free private parking is available on site. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the guest house.

The kitchenettes include a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and kitchenware. Coffee and tea are provided. Activities in the surrounding area include walking, hiking, cycling, snorkelling and canoeing; horse riding, fishing and golf are also listed among the options. Pets are allowed on request, at no extra charge. The pool is open from April to October.

Le Pradet stretches along the Var coast between Toulon and Hyères, with beaches, pine forests and trails facing the Mediterranean. La Bastide des Pins is in a residential area of the town, 3 km from the centre. The bays and coves give this part of the Var a beach-holiday pace, while the wooded hills offer an alternative to days spent by the water.

Oursinières Beach is 500 m away, and the other beaches in Le Pradet offer more options for swimming and walks along the shore. The Cap Garonne Mine Museum, 760 m away, traces the history of local mining at a site set up on the headland. Coastal paths and the La Garde-le Pradet municipal forest invite you to walk among the pine trees. La Garde railway station is 3.8 km away, and Toulon-Hyères Airport is 9 km away. There is a bus stop in front of the guest house.

In summer, plan days at the beach and outings in the late afternoon, when the heat subsides. In spring and the shoulder season, coastal trails and visits to Toulon or Hyères make good day trips. You can also spend a morning at the Cap Garonne Mine Museum, followed by a walk along the coast. The guest house’s outdoor pool is open from April to October.
