La Belle Histoire

La Belle Histoire offers three rooms, all with a private bathroom and a coffee machine. They measure between 26 and 34 m² and accommodate two or four people, depending on the category. The Superior Queen Room includes a terrace with views of the garden and mountains. The Deluxe Queen Room stands out for accommodating four people with a double bed and a sofa bed.

The Queen Room with Garden View has a bathtub and a terrace overlooking the garden and mountains. All three rooms have a TV, and their bathrooms include a shower; the room with a bathtub also gives you the option of this type of bath. These differences help you choose according to the size of your group, whether you want access to a terrace or prefer a bathtub. Each room offers a private space and facilities for making coffee or tea.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The rooms have a flat-screen TV; some are also equipped with a TV with cable channels. Each room has a coffee machine, and an electric kettle is provided in several spaces. The terrace and garden offer places to sit outside, while wooden flooring and heating add to indoor comfort.

Claviers is a Provençal village in the Var, set among hills and small roads linking the towns of the Dracénie area. Its narrow streets and old houses give the village a peaceful character, with a close-knit local community. La Belle Histoire is in the centre, within walking distance of the village’s shops and restaurants. The setting suits travellers who want to alternate walks around the villages with trips into the Var countryside.

The neighbouring village of Bargemon, 2.2 km away, has old streets and several museums, including the Musée Camos. The Gorges de Pennafort, 6.4 km away, offer a landscape of rocks and river that is popular for walks and breaks by the water. The surrounding area also has chapels, churches and villages such as Callas, which you can explore on excursions by car. Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is 74 km away; a car makes it easier to travel between the villages and natural sites.

Spring and autumn are pleasant seasons for exploring the small roads, visiting markets and enjoying milder temperatures. In summer, the days are well suited to morning outings in the villages and breaks in the shady scenery of the gorges. You could spend a day exploring Bargemon and walking in the Gorges de Pennafort before returning to Claviers for dinner in the village.
