La bergerie

The entire villa is the only accommodation available at La bergerie. It covers 170 m² and has six bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and three bathrooms. It can accommodate up to ten people. The bedrooms offer several sleeping arrangements, complemented by a sofa bed in the lounge.

The living areas open onto a balcony, a terrace and a patio, with views of the garden and swimming pool. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace are also among the villa’s amenities. The bathrooms have a bath and a shower; bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa has furnished outdoor areas for different times of day: a garden, balcony, patio and sun terrace. You can enjoy the private outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, or use the barbecue and garden furniture to eat outside. A table tennis table and a games room add to the leisure facilities on site.

Inside, the accommodation is air-conditioned and has a kitchen with a dining table, oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The lounge has a sofa, a dining area and a fireplace, as well as a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is free throughout the villa. Free private parking is available on site without prior reservation. Facilities for children are also provided, including a high chair, safety gates and toys.

Cadenet is a village in Vaucluse, set in the Provençal landscape of the Luberon. Its centre has village streets and traces of local history; the Musée de la vannerie showcases the traditional craft of willow weaving. The surrounding countryside alternates between cultivated land, hills and stone villages. This stop suits travellers who want to explore the Luberon at their own pace, by car or on walks through neighbouring villages.

The Musée de la vannerie is 790 m away and the village of Lourmarin is 4.3 km away. Lourmarin is known for its Renaissance château and narrow streets lined with old houses. Abbaye de Silvacane, a former Cistercian abbey open to visitors, is 4.4 km away. Pertuis railway station is 11 km away. Marseille-Provence Airport is 33 km away. These visits offer a chance to discover local heritage and reach neighbouring towns.

Spring and autumn are pleasant times to explore the villages and roads of the Luberon, with milder temperatures. Summer days are hot; going out early in the morning or in the late afternoon leaves more time for visits and walks. Lavender blooms in parts of Provence in late June and July, depending on the year’s conditions. You can spend a day discovering Cadenet and visiting Château de Lourmarin, before returning to the swimming pool and garden at La bergerie.
