La BREZOUNIÉRE 2 is rented as a whole: this 130 m² villa has four bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to twelve people and has eight beds distributed between the bedrooms and the lounge. This layout suits large families or groups who want to share a house while retaining several sleeping areas.

The terrace overlooks the garden and mountains, and a balcony provides another outdoor space. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a fridge and utensils. The lounge has a fireplace, a sofa and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The villa also has a private entrance and soundproofed walls. Some sleeping areas have an en-suite bathroom.

La BREZOUNIÉRE 2 has a fitted kitchen for preparing meals on site. It includes an oven, a hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle. A coffee machine and dining table complete the space. The lounge has a fireplace, a sofa and a flat-screen TV with streaming services.

Guillestre, 1.5 km away, is a valley town and a gateway to the Queyras valleys. Mont-Dauphin, 2.5 km away, is a fortified town built by Vauban; its ramparts and military buildings tell the story of the region’s defences. Montdauphin-Guillestre train station is 3.4 km away. Near the village, Sainte-Lucie Church and sites connected with pottery-making also offer a glimpse of more modest local heritage. Queyras Regional Nature Park and Écrins National Park offer hiking routes and high mountain scenery.

In summer, mountain trails and roads are suited to walking and cycling, with days spent exploring the villages and valley scenery. The region’s rivers also offer water sports, depending on conditions. In winter, Alpine resorts attract visitors for snow sports; the ski season generally runs from December to April.
