The villa is offered as a whole and has four bedrooms for up to eight guests. Each has a double bed; the bedrooms share the house’s communal areas, which include three bathrooms. This layout suits families or groups travelling together, with separate bedrooms and a private kitchen for meals.

The house offers 120 m² of space and stands out for its private outdoor pool, open seasonally. A balcony and terrace provide access to the outdoor areas, while the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge and coffee machine. A bath, shower and washing machine are also among the amenities. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the villa.

The villa has an equipped kitchen for preparing meals on site. You’ll find a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and kitchenware. A dining table completes the space. The washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities make it easier to organise your stay; household linen and towels are provided.

Outside, the garden, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, balcony and terrace let you enjoy the spaces around the house. The private outdoor pool is open seasonally. The bathrooms have a bath or shower, a toilet and a hairdryer. The villa is air-conditioned and has a TV and free Wi-Fi throughout. No parking is available on site.

La costière is in the hills of Nice, away from the busiest streets in the centre. The urban landscape stretches from the heights through residential districts to the Mediterranean. Nice is just as enjoyable to explore on foot through its old streets as along the coast; its sunny climate makes it possible to enjoy walks and outdoor spaces for much of the year. The area suits travellers who want to reach the city while staying in a villa with a garden and pool.

The Musée Matisse and Musée Marc Chagall, both 3.8 km away, offer two cultural visits dedicated to major artists. Cascade de Gairaut is 2.6 km away and gives you a glimpse of another, greener side of Nice. For a day by the water, the coastal beaches are 4.4 km away. In the centre, Promenade du Paillon runs through a large urban garden, while Place Masséna opens onto shopping streets and the old town. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 10 km away; Nice-Ville station is 5.8 km away.

In spring and autumn, the temperatures make it pleasant to visit the city and museums, with breaks along the seafront. In summer, plan coastal outings for early morning or late afternoon, when the heat eases. You could start the day in the narrow streets of Vieux-Nice and at its market, go for a swim, then finish with a sunset walk. A car or public transport makes it easier to explore several districts and reach the coast from the hills.
