The entire villa is the only accommodation available: it comprises six bedrooms, four bathrooms and communal spaces designed for group stays. At 230 m², with a maximum capacity of twelve people, the house includes two living rooms, an equipped kitchen and dining areas. This layout lets you gather for meals or enjoy separate rooms throughout the day.

The bedrooms and living areas offer varied views of the sea, garden, mountains or city. A balcony, terrace and patio extend the rooms outdoors. Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, washing machine and dishwasher complete the facilities. The bathrooms include a shower or bath, bidet and toiletries. Bed linen and towels are provided. The villa is booked as a whole, so it does not offer several room categories to select separately.

The villa has an equipped kitchen for preparing meals on site, with a fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle and kitchenware. A coffee machine completes the space, while the dining table brings the group together. The washing machine and dishwasher make longer stays easier. A barbecue is also available in the garden.

Outside, you will find a balcony, patio, terrace and garden furniture, as well as an outdoor dining area. The shared lounge and games room provide additional places to gather. The villa has free Wi-Fi throughout and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Private parking is free and includes an electric vehicle charging point. The entire property is wheelchair accessible, and raised toilets and grab rails are also provided.

Nice combines an old town with narrow lanes, residential neighbourhoods on higher ground and a long seafront. Avenue Ratti is in an urban area where gardens, museums and shopping streets form part of the city fabric. Families and groups can alternate cultural visits, walks in green spaces and days on the coast. You can explore the centre on foot or by tram, while the more distant neighbourhoods offer different routes.

The Marc Chagall Museum, 600 m away, brings together the artist’s works around biblical themes. The Matisse Museum and the Roman remains at Cimiez let you spend another part of the day exploring the city’s heritage, in a neighbourhood known for its olive trees and gardens. Place Garibaldi leads towards Vieux-Nice, with its colourful façades and lanes running to the market on Cours Saleya. By the sea, the Promenade des Anglais follows the pebble beaches and offers a walk overlooking the Mediterranean. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 5 km away; the tram and railway stations make it easier to get around the city.

In spring and autumn, the temperatures make it easy to combine walks with breaks on the seafront. In summer, set off early to explore Cimiez or Vieux-Nice before the hottest part of the day, then spend the afternoon at the beach or walking along the coast. For a quieter day, the gardens and museums in the Cimiez area offer another perspective on Nice. The city’s hilly terrain makes comfortable shoes useful, especially if you plan to climb to Castle Hill, where you can look out over the port and coastline.
