La Douce Heure

La Douce Heure offers three double rooms, all designed for two people and equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Each has an electric kettle; the bathrooms include a shower or bath, toiletries and a hairdryer. The rooms differ mainly in their views and layout rather than their capacity.

The Double Room with Garden View is the largest, at 20 m², and has a balcony overlooking the garden; its bathroom includes a bath. The Double Room with Pool View measures 12 m² and overlooks the pool and garden. The 14 m² Double Room is between the ground floor and basement and has a small high-level window. All three room types have a double bed. Bed linen is provided, and the rooms have tiled or marble floors.

La Douce Heure has a garden, a sun terrace and a second terrace where you can enjoy the outdoor spaces. The seasonal outdoor swimming pool has a shallow end; sun loungers and parasols are available for relaxing by the water. Indoors, the shared lounge with a television and the games room provide places to unwind, while board games and puzzles add to the activities on site.

The rooms are air-conditioned and non-smoking. They have a private bathroom, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer and an electric kettle. Free private indoor parking is available without prior reservation. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the house. Table tennis, heating, tiled or marble floors and bedside sockets are also among the facilities. A tea and coffee maker is available.

Mougins is a village in the Alpes-Maritimes known for its hilltop old town, narrow streets and connections with art and gastronomy. Cannes and its seafront are a few kilometres away. La Croisette runs alongside the city's beaches and hotels, while the Musée de la Castre displays art and artefacts in the historic Suquet district. In Mougins, the Musée Bonnard is dedicated to the painter Pierre Bonnard, who lived in the region. The beaches of La Bocca and Waikiki provide access to the coast. Bosquet station serves the Cannes-La-Bocca area; Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is 19 km away. A car makes it easier to travel between the village, Cannes and other coastal towns.

For a varied day out, you can spend the morning exploring Mougins’ narrow streets and galleries, then head to Cannes for a seafront stroll or a visit to Suquet. The beaches are particularly busy in summer, a lively time on the French Riviera; spring and early autumn often bring temperatures suited to walking.
