La Fabrique

La Fabrique is rented as a whole: this 200 m² villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to eleven people. The sleeping areas comprise four bedrooms with a large double bed and one bedroom with a single bed; a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space in the living room. All five bathrooms are private, allowing different members of a group to have their own space.

The villa combines the bedrooms with a living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, including an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and a coffee machine. Air conditioning, soundproofing and bed linen are among the facilities. Views vary between the garden, pool, mountains, town and a local attraction. The terrace and private pool extend the communal spaces outdoors. This is one entire villa, not several room categories offered separately.

La Fabrique has a private outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Sun loungers and parasols let you enjoy the outdoor spaces, while the shared lounge and picnic area provide other places to get together. A barbecue and an outdoor dining area complete these facilities. The villa also has free Wi-Fi and free parking.

The Moulin de Salignan, 400 m away, offers a first glimpse of the local heritage. The Mines de Bruoux, 2.0 km away, can be explored through a network of galleries carved into the ochre. The Sentier des Ocres, 4.4 km away, lets you discover the colourful landscapes of Roussillon on foot.
