La Fruitière - Gîte d'étape et de séjour

La Fruitière offers four options: two 12 m² double rooms, a 35 m² family room and a single bed in a dormitory. Each double room accommodates two people; one has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both have a patio, views of the garden and mountains, and shared bathroom facilities. The family room can accommodate up to five people and has three single beds and one double bed. It has a private bathroom and a patio. The dormitory bed is for one person and is in a 35 m² space with a balcony and terrace.

Views of the mountains and garden are available from the different room types. The rooms have bed linen and tiled or parquet flooring, depending on the category. The upper floors are accessible by stairs only. The room layouts let you choose between a stay for two, a room for a family or an individual place in a dormitory.

La Fruitière has several places to eat and take a break: a restaurant, a bar, an on-site café and a snack bar. Breakfast is available as a continental or buffet option. Wine and champagne are also among the dining options. Outside, the garden, outdoor furniture, sun terrace and patio offer different places to sit. There is also a picnic area.

Free public parking is available on site, including spaces accessible to people with reduced mobility. Guests can make use of a tour desk, luggage storage and a games room. Board games and puzzles are available, as well as books, DVDs or music for children. You can go hiking, cycling, walking and fishing nearby. The property does not have an internet connection.

This part of the Hautes-Alpes attracts visitors who come to hike, cycle or explore the mountain passes and villages of the massif. The Queyras Regional Natural Park surrounds the area and offers the chance to explore protected landscapes, villages and hiking routes. Col d'Izoard, known to cyclists for its Alpine terrain, is 8 km away. Pic de Rochebrune rises above the surroundings and is a striking landmark in the landscape. Fort de Château-Queyras, 2.8 km away, bears witness to the valley's defensive history; the village of Château-Queyras is also nearby. Roads link the hamlets to other communes in the Queyras, and a car makes it easier to travel between mountain sites.
