The entire house has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people across 95 m². Sleeping arrangements include one large double bed, one double bed, two single beds and two sofa beds. This layout suits families or groups who want to share a home while having separate bedrooms. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath, as well as a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The balcony and terrace overlook the garden and mountains, with views of the inner courtyard as well. Air conditioning, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a washing machine round out the facilities. There is also a flat-screen TV. The house has a private entrance and dining areas, making it easy to share meals in the accommodation.

The house has free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public parking on site for €15 per day. An airport shuttle is also available. Outside, you will find a garden, a balcony, a sun terrace, outdoor furniture and a dining area. A barbecue and the necessary facilities make it possible to prepare meals outdoors, while massages and hiking are among the activities on offer.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. The living room has a flat-screen TV, satellite channels, a CD and DVD player, as well as a Nintendo Wii and video games. Air conditioning, heating, soundproofing and a private entrance complete the facilities. Books, DVDs and board games are also available for children.

Menton stretches between the Mediterranean and the first slopes of the Alps, on the Italian border. Its old town stands out for its colourful façades, narrow streets climbing towards the Vieux Château cemetery and stairways facing the sea. The seafront, small beaches and subtropical gardens give the town a different atmosphere from that of the larger resorts nearby. Visitors can alternate between swimming, walks through the old town and breaks in green spaces.

The Basilica of Saint Michael the Archangel towers over the rooftops of the old town, while the Jean Cocteau Museum displays works by the artist in a setting connected to Menton’s maritime life. The Val Rahmeh Botanical Garden brings together plants from warm regions and offers a shaded walk. Rondelli Beach is 650 m away. Menton railway station, 1.1 km away, serves the coastal towns; Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, 25 km away, is the most convenient for air travel.

The mild climate makes Menton a year-round destination, although the seafront is busier in summer. Spring and early autumn are pleasant times to explore the gardens and narrow streets without the heat of summer days. You can start the day in the old town, visit a museum and finish with a walk by the water. The hillside trails also offer open views of the coast and the town’s rooftops.
