La maison du jardin offers one bedroom in an independent 30 m² holiday home designed for two people. The room has a double bed and overlooks the garden. You have a private space with a kitchen and dining area, with no shared living areas.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a fridge, oven, microwave, hob, kettle and coffee machine. There is a table for dining in. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels completes the room’s facilities. The bathroom has a shower or bath, a toilet, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

The house has a garden and a furnished terrace with outdoor furniture. An outdoor dining area lets you eat outside when the weather allows. Inside, the independent property has a kitchen with a hob, oven, toaster, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. The dining table and coffee machine complete the space.

The flat-screen TV receives satellite channels, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Free public parking is available on site. Pets are allowed at no extra charge. The property is non-smoking and includes bed linen, towels, an iron and a hairdryer. Books, DVDs or music for children, as well as board games or puzzles, are also among the facilities on offer.

Rustrel is a Provençal village in the Vaucluse, surrounded by the ridges and colourful lands of the Luberon. Its stone houses and narrow streets make it a peaceful base for discovering the region’s ochre landscapes. The area appeals to walkers, photographers and visitors who enjoy smaller villages; a car makes it easier to get between local sights and nearby towns.

Rustrel Castle is 20 m away, while the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady is 130 m away. The Colorado Provençal, with its former ochre quarries, trails and red and yellow formations, is 1.6 km away. Les Cheminées des Fées and the Sahara viewpoint offer other views over the landscape. Fort de Buoux, a medieval stronghold perched in the Luberon, is 14 km away. Marseille Provence Airport is 57 km away; no public transport is indicated in the immediate vicinity.

A walk along the Colorado trails lets you spend half a day among the ridges and ochre shades; bring good shoes and water. Spring and autumn are pleasant times to walk, when temperatures are milder. In summer, it is best to set out early and save the hottest hours for a break in the shade. You can also explore the villages of the Luberon on driving trips, stopping in the towns and amid the region’s scenery.
