La Masa

La Masa offers two 30 m² accommodation options: a bungalow for two adults and a Classic Double Room with sea views. Both have a private bathroom, a kitchenette, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Views may overlook the sea, garden or mountains, and each accommodation option has a terrace.

The bungalow can accommodate up to three people, while the double room is designed for two. The sleeping arrangements differ: a double bed or two single beds are available, depending on the accommodation. The Classic Double Room also stands out for its patio, in addition to its terrace. Both options have a shower or a bath, as well as kitchenette facilities for preparing simple meals. The views and outdoor spaces give each accommodation option its own character.

La Masa has a garden, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area and several terrace areas, including a sun terrace. The guest house is by the beach. Guests can also enjoy temporary art galleries and luggage storage. Daily housekeeping, ironing and laundry services are among the facilities on offer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and has a private entrance. Tiled or marble floors, heating and a fan complete the general facilities. Family rooms and non-smoking accommodation are available. There is a designated smoking area. For meals, each unit has a kitchenette with a hob, kitchenware, a refrigerator, a toaster, a microwave and an electric kettle. Breakfast is available in your room, along with wine or champagne. A flat-screen TV, satellite channels and a radio complete the media facilities.

The coastline around Èze alternates between rocky coves and slopes dropping down towards the Mediterranean. La Masa is in the coastal part of the commune, near small beaches and between Nice and Monaco. This part of the French Riviera suits travellers who want to swim, walk along the seafront and visit hilltop villages without staying in a large urban centre. Èze’s old village, with its medieval lanes and vaulted passageways, offers a different atmosphere from the shore.

Saint-Laurent d’Èze Beach is 150 m away, while Cap-d’Ail railway station is 1.2 km away. Trains from the station connect the coastal towns; Nice and Monaco are convenient destinations for a day trip. Château d’Èze and the Exotic Garden, 1.6 km away, offer a chance to explore the hilltop village and its coastal views. The Fragonard Perfume Factory offers an introduction to the region’s perfume-making traditions. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 13 km away.

In summer, the coves and beaches attract more visitors, so it is best to plan your swim for early in the day or late afternoon. Spring and early autumn bring temperatures suited to coastal walks and visits to the village. You can combine a morning by the water with a walk up through Èze’s lanes and a stop in Nice or Monaco. Coastal roads connect these destinations, while the train is an option for travelling along the shore without a car.
