The house has two bedrooms and a living room, with a total capacity of four people. The sleeping arrangements consist of one double bed and two single beds, making it suitable for a family or friends travelling together. A private bathroom with a shower completes the sleeping areas. The entire 37 m² house is available to guests.

The rooms have access to the facilities of a fitted kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, microwave and coffee machine. Air conditioning and a washing machine are practical additions for a stay of several days. The terrace offers views of the garden and mountains, while the living room has a flat-screen TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Mercantour National Park is a vast natural area for hiking and mountain outings.

At 340 m, Chapelle Saint-Donat makes a nearby walking destination. Military remains are also characteristic of this area: Ouvrage Maginot de la Madeleine is 1.6 km away, and Ouvrage de Rimplas is another point of interest to discover nearby. The village of Rimplas, 1.3 km away, offers a chance to wander through the narrow streets of a hilltop village.
